Thank you for purchasing from Seniors Agent Institute(“we,” “us,” “our”). Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1) All Sales Are Final (Digital Products)
All products sold on this website are digital downloads and/or digital access products (including templates, guides, worksheets, caption frameworks, presentations, and other downloadable resources).
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2) No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

Once the download link and/or access is delivered, you waive any right to a return or refund, except where required by law.
3) If You Have Trouble Accessing Your Purchase
We absolutely want you to receive what you paid for. If you experience a technical issue (for example: a corrupted file, broken download link, missing files, or access problems), contact us and we will help troubleshoot and/or resend the files.

4) Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days of the order and we’ll review it. If confirmed as a duplicate purchase, we will provide a resolution at our discretion, unless otherwise permitted by law.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in loss of access to purchased products and the ability to purchase in the future.
