These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Seniors Agent website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our website or purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who We Are

“Seniors Agent Institute,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to the operator of this website and the provider of the digital products offered through it.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services and make purchases.

3) Digital Products and Delivery

Our products are digital goods (including templates, guides, worksheets, presentations, caption frameworks, and related resources).
Upon purchase, you will receive access via download link, email, account access, or another method described at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate purchase and contact information

  • Maintaining access to the email/account used at checkout

  • Ensuring your device/software can open common file types (e.g., PDF, DOCX, PPTX, Canva links, etc.)

4) All Sales Final

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are provided, except where required by law.

5) License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own business and professional use, subject to these Terms and any additional license terms presented at checkout or within the product.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, you may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the products (or any portion of them)

  • Post the files or templates publicly (including on websites, social media, shared drives, marketplaces, forums, or “resource libraries”)

  • Allow non-authorized users (including other agents, teams, brokerages, associations, or vendors) to access the files

  • Remove any branding, copyright notice, or ownership statements

  • Create “competing” products by repackaging, copying, or substantially reproducing our materials

You may:

  • Customize content for your personal or business marketing

  • Use templates and materials in your client communications and presentations (as end-use output), so long as you are not distributing the underlying files/templates

6) Intellectual Property

All content, products, and materials on the website—including text, graphics, designs, templates, frameworks, and branding—are owned by Seniors Agent or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through purchase—only the limited license described above.

7) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, payment systems, or downloads

  • Interfere with site functionality or security

  • Use automated scraping, copying, or mass downloading tools

  • Misrepresent affiliation with Seniors Agent or our products

8) Disclaimers (Educational Content)

Our products are educational and informational and are intended to support real estate professionals with marketing structure, messaging, and communication tools.

We do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or compliance advice. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your marketing and business practices comply with applicable laws, MLS rules, REALTOR®/association rules, brokerage policies, and advertising regulations

  • Reviewing content before publishing or using it with clients

We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes (including leads, income, or sales performance).

9) Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some products may reference or be compatible with third-party platforms (e.g., Canva, social platforms, email service providers). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, or policies.

10) Account Security (If Applicable)

If the Services include account access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

11) Support

We provide support for access and delivery issues.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services (including downloads or account access) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the products, or engaged in unauthorized distribution.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seniors Agent Institute will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services or products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seniors Agent Institute from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law, rule, or third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
