Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold on Seniors Agent Institute are digital products. We do not ship physical items.

How you’ll receive your purchase

  • Digital products are delivered via download link and/or email sent to the address used at checkout.

  • If your purchase includes access links (e.g., Canva templates or hosted files), access instructions will be provided on the confirmation page and/or by email.

Delivery timing

  • Most orders are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15–30 minutes due to payment processing.

Trouble receiving your files?

  • Check your spam/junk folder and search your inbox for “Seniors Agent Institute” or your order number.

  • Confirm you used the correct email at checkout.

  • If you still can’t access your files, email us at shop@seniorsagentinstitute.com and we’ll help.

No shipping fees
Because these are digital products, no shipping charges apply.
